1. All hired equipment will be provided assembled and ready for fitting by the hirer onto the vehicle. Clear manufacturers fitting instructions will be provided for this simple process.
2. Dragon Roof Box Company MUST be informed of any change of vehicle prior to the hire date to ensure the correct fittings are provided.
3. The provision of adequate insurance cover is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
4. Equipment must be returned at the agreed date and time. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge of £15.00 per day, or part thereof.
5. Any loss, damage or injury caused as a result of the use, fitting or overloading of the equipment is the total responsibility of the hirer. Dragon Roof Box Company and it's employees cannot be held responsible or liable in any way.
6. The hirer is responsible for the total cost of any repairs/replacement up to the full retail value of the equipment hired if damaged/lost while in their possession.
7. The appropriate deposit is refundable if the equipment is returned without damage.
8. In the event of cancellations the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
9. Any changes made within two weeks of the hire period can result in a further charge being levied.
10. We reserve the right to change the box supplied, but will always provide one of a similar quality and capacity.
